REALTOR® ASSOCIATION OF THE SIOUX EMPIRE PARTNERS WITH TRUSTFUNDS TO BETTER SERVE MEMBERS AND BUYERS

TrustFunds is excited to announce its partnership with the REALTOR® Association of the Sioux Empire (RASE), in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. TrustFunds will provide electronic earnest money capabilities to RASE’s 900+ members.
“This has been a long time coming,” says Kristen Gulson, CEO at RASE. “We’ve been watching TrustFunds for years and have seen the success North Dakota has had with statewide adoption of TrustFunds.”
TrustFunds integrates directly into the MLS platform to provide a simple, convenient, and secure solution for electronic earnest money.

Partnering with the MLS means agents across the whole market can use the same electronic earnest money solution and not have to evaluate and learn different solutions. Plus, the trust account holders can be sure that their information isn’t being shared with insecure platforms.
“Our members have been asking about this for a long time. Homebuyer’s habits are changing, especially the millennials. The way they do business is different, and many of them don’t even have a checkbook. We’re really excited to implement TrustFunds,” Kristen says.
TrustFunds and RASE will begin registering trust account holders to accept electronic earnest money in the coming weeks, and agents will be able to submit requests simply and securely by next month.
